Working Principle

1) Driven by the motor through reducer , the bulk disk and roller bracket rotates synchronously with the main shaft.
2) Installed on the  bracket, roller assembly rotates with main shaft and swings freely meantime, which brings a large centrifugal force, and then the scattered bulk materials are ground into powder.
3)The bulk materials are grinded into powder and fall onto the bottom, and then discharged from discharging opening under the effect of synchronously-rotating scraper.

Technical Advantages

1) By being a component of closed production lines, it can produce various size products. This machine can be used as pre-grind equipment before the ball mill and the effect can be improved by 35%-40% .
2) With high efficiency of wear material, wear evenly, the lifetime has been improved a lot .
3) High percentage of fine sand can be produced by this machine and up to 80%.
4) As a highly efficient desulfurization equipment of power plant ,it can grind CaCO3 into the fine powder less than 1-2 mm .So the desulfurization effect is better .
5) Products out of this machine can be used to make firebrick, concrete brick, block.
